Pay Dues

There are two ways to pay your dues:

1. Venmo

• Pay $455 (HOA Dues: $435 plus Optional Social Event Budget Contribution: $20)

or

• Pay $435 (HOA Dues only)

You can also pay the Beautification Project amount here. 

The amount is $200 in July 2026 and $200 in July 2027.
